2) Unboxing Video Required: Â
  - Customers must record a video while opening the product box as proof of the productâs condition upon delivery. Â
  - The video should clearly show the unboxing process, including the productâs packaging and condition. Â
  - If no video is provided, the return or refund request will not be accepted.

3) Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Â
4) Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns or refunds. Â
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Â
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. Â
- Products without an unboxing video as proof of condition. Â
- Products returned after the 7-day return window. Â
How to Initiate a Return or RefundÂ

2) Provide Proof: Share the unboxing video and any other relevant details (order number, photos of the product, etc.). Â
3) Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection. Â
4) Return the Product: If approved, youâll receive instructions on how and where to return the product. Â
5) Receive Refund: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Â

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product delivered).

Exchanges
